We loved the fact that we chose prezydent krynica zdroj. Location in the center of the city was a plus. The hotel was next to Gora Parkowa.

During my recent stay at the Prezydent hotel in Krynica Zdroj, I was impressed with a couple of features. the room itself was tastefully decorated with dark wood furniture, which gave it a sense of elegance. The quality of the carpets and curtains added to the overall luxurious atmosphere. I was pleased to find that my room had its own terrace, providing a lovely space to relax and enjoy the views. The bathroom was also well-designed and the amenities provided were of high quality.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay at the Prezydent hotel. One minor inconvenience was the lack of a coffee maker and tea in the room.

Perfect location, delicious breakfast, amazing restaurant and reception staff, decent swimming pool, helpful spa staff.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom and a nice view of the area. The pool is nice and well supervised with a jacuzzi and a sauna complex that are well maintained. The spa area offers a wide range of treatments and is very affordable.

Language skills among staff are very poor, it is tough to communicate if you do not speak Polish. This is not just in this hotel, but the entire village of Krynica. You would expect something else in a tourist town. The staff at Hotel Prezydent also do not seem very happy, maybe even depressed. No smiles at all. The staff at breakfast all look like they are about to commit suicide. The breakfast buffet is also only laid out if the hotel is busy, otherwise selection is limited.

The hotel is set in a very convenient location, right in the center and quite close to other attractive places. the hotel facilities are well-furnished, and the rooms are adequately spacious and clean. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast, and the staff is relatively attentive.

The hotel seems to have some design and aesthetic issues, consequently, its decor may not be up to par with its high pricing.

I chose Prezydent for its location near Jaworzyna, a place I really wanted to visit. But I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary wired and wireless internet access at the hotel. The restaurant was also a great feature, allowing guests to enjoy a delicious meal.

On the day of our arrival, the road to the hotel was closed due to a sports event, causing inconvenience and difficulty in parking. Despite informing the management via email, we received no response.

The hotel was spacious, with plenty of room to move around. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the nearby hills. The staff was incredibly accommodating, always willing to help out with anything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool, sauna, and spa. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with plenty of delicious options.

The hotel could have been better cleaned, with a few areas seeming a bit neglected. The lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a bit of a disappointment, and the prices were a bit on the high side.

The best aspects of it were the location right in the center of the city and very close to other places, clean and comfortable rooms, attentive staff, and great breakfast options. The hotel facilities including the swimming pool, sauna, and wellness center were also impressive. Additionally, the free parking was very convenient and made my stay stress-free.

The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff who were always there to help. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable sitting area and a mini-bar. The spa and wellness center were fantastic, with an indoor swimming pool and a sauna that provided the perfect relaxation after a long day. this place had everything I needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
